Bring your beach gear and enjoy a fun time on the beach, just steps from the condo! You will also be within a short drive to many great local shops to grab souvenirs, delicious dining options, and fun for the whole group. You are also only six and a half miles from the Wharf where you can find the AMC 15 movie theater, plenty of great places to eat, nightlife, and one of the tallest Ferris wheels on the Gulf coast!

THINGS TO KNOW

All parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. You will be registered by the management company (before your arrival) into the HOA's parking system (VRPS). You will then receive an email to pay for your parking pass and put it on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and we do not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant.

Right on the beach easy access to pools and ocean. Close to shopping and great seafood restaurants.

Location , cleanliness. Gate security and great parking.

The weather was really hot, but the ocean made it great.

The condo was in a great location. The kitchen was lacking though. Limited glasses, no spatula, pot holders, dish towels, and cloths.

Master ceiling fan doesn’t work.
Master lamp doesn’t work.
Upper kitchen cabinet won’t stay closed so we had to tape it shut or keep hitting it.
Curled corners on living room rug is a tripping hazard.
Ice machine didn’t work.
Describing that the 3rd bath isn’t attached to the 3rd bedroom would have been helpful.
One bath towel per person was allotted and no bath mats so tile floors were slippery. It’s hard to get one towel per person washed and dried when at the beach and we all know you shower more than once a day.
Condo is spacious and nice but definitely could use some updating.
If I got a response through Airbnb or Avari, it was slowwww.
Big positive that the employees at Phoenix VI were super helpful and responsive!

spacious and very comfortable view was outstanding

bedding was very sparse we had to buy blankets. I didn't know that parking cost alot extra had i know this i wouldn't have booked this place
