This place was perfection! The grounds were beautiful and the condo was wonderful. Balcony was huge. That right there was a huge bonus. The condo was very spacious and nicely decorated. I definitely will be back to stay here. Our AC didn’t work the first night (it froze up) but they came and fixed it in a timely manner. Great communication. Thanks!

Given the fact that you are close to the Flora Bama and on the beach, it a nice place. The problem is, the management is awful. They don’t respond for hours after you check in and need something. The other issue is the office closes at 4:00 pm… check in is at 4… they need to get their hours fixed. 10/10 would not stay again. There are a million other condos around. Do not book with Avari please!

We loved our stay here for spring break! It was nice being able to wake up and just walk out to the beach without loading a car! We didn’t get to use the outdoor pool, but the indoor pool and hot tub were great! Only two things I noticed for our family were there weren’t super warm or thick blankets and we like to bundle up and then there were no plates or cups for smaller kids. Most everything was glass. We made it work and it wasn’t a huge deal for us at all though! We would definitely come back here to visit!
