Condo was beautiful. The views were amazing. Kitchen was well stocked. Patio furniture was great! Beds were comfortable. The couch is a little dated and could use an upgrade. Very responsive to anything that came up during our stay. We look forward to staying this condo in the future.

THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!! They just took over the bookings in early March. I would definitely stay at this condo again if I could deal with the owner, as you can with most AirBnB rentals. We showed up to check in and found a security gate we knew nothing about. We got ZERO response to messages through the app and no answer to multiple phone calls. We sat outside in the car for an hour, and were finally provided with the override code used by EMS, fire dept, etc to get in BY ANOTHER COMPANY. Even in the days following reporting the problem to AVARI, we never got a response from them. The owner of this unit needs to find another management company or their bookings are going to suffer tremendously. Avoid Avari and Vacasa at all costs (Vacasa is affiliated with them but not able to help in case of a problem). MANY complaints exist about these companies and the associated problems people are experiencing.

Good location. Good pool and hot tubs. Condo was clean and the kitchen well equipped with plates, knives forks etc. Mechanics and appliances good. Balcony large with decent furniture. Living room furniture and master bedroom carpet all needs to be replaced. Otherwise good. I’d rent there again.

We stayed a full week and there was nothing I had to call about. The views are breathtaking, parking is accommodating and from previous experience at this property, the maintenance team is awesome. We will come back year after year.
