Home in Perdido Key, Florida

While you’re there

Check out some of our favorite parts of Perdido Key. Sourced from our local teams who live there.

The Southern Grind

From fluffy breakfast plates to killer cold brews and frappes, this is the kind of place that makes mornings worth waking up for—and yes, you can grab their beans to keep the good vibes brewing at home.

Bear Fruit Coffee Truck

Fresh açaí bowls, amazing coffee, and vibes as laid-back as Perdido Key itself. This little truck punches way above its weight.

Cobalt

With a breathtaking sunset over the bay as your backdrop, expect lavish brunch buffets, fresh local seafood, and sinfully good desserts that'll have you planning your next visit before the check arrives.

Fisherman's Corner

Where locals go to get hooked—irresistible Creole eats, fresh local seafood, and a bread pudding so good you'll be back before the tide rolls in.

The Oyster Bar

A Perdido Key staple right on the Intracoastal Waterway. Fresh seafood, steaks, and chicken your way—grilled, blackened, fried, and beyond—all with stunning water views and a warm gulf breeze.

Flora-Bama Yacht Club

Almost as legendary as the famous bar across the street. Jaw-dropping food, warm service, stunning waterfront views, and live music—because on the Gulf Coast, it doesn't get any better than this.

The Point

Fresh local seafood, a warm down-home atmosphere, and a bluegrass band that'll have your toes tapping. There's a reason this waterfront gem has been packing tables since the 1950s.

Cosmo’s Restaurant & Bar

Hand-cut steaks, fresh local seafood, and a banana leaf wrapped fish so iconic it made the list of "top 100 dishes to eat before you die." This Orange Beach gem is anything but ordinary.

Adventure Island

Just minutes from Perdido Key, this ultimate family fun destination is packed with go-carts, laser tag, mini-golf, bumper boats, and over 100 video games. The only problem is deciding what to do first.

Nice place. Great views. Bring blankets..seriously, BRING BLANKETS. You’ll need coffee and beach towels as well.

The location is amazing and it was easy to extend another day when plans changed.
This is a bare rental. There’s not ANY extra blankets and no beach towels so make sure you bring that. There are no chairs or umbrellas or extras for the beach provided, so make sure you bring those if you don’t want to pay the additional chair rental fee.
They do provide hygiene products minus toothbrush/paste so there’s a plus! The instructions on the fridge for checkout differ from the text they send so make sure you read the text as it has additional duties.

Avari response:

Thank you, Nohelani, for sharing your thoughts about your stay with us. We're thrilled to hear that you loved the amazing location and found it easy to extend your visit. It’s always great when plans can adapt to the beauty of Perdido Key.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the lack of extra blankets and beach towels. We strive to provide a comfortable experience, and we understand how important those little extras can be for a beach getaway. While we do provide some hygiene products, we recognize that having beach essentials on hand would enhance your stay even more.

We also apologize for any confusion with the checkout instructions. We aim for clarity, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your insights help us improve for future guests.

We hope to welcome you back soon for another relaxing escape by the Gulf!

The condo and surroundings were absolutely beautiful. We loved the view from the balcony of the gulf and the view of the bay from the kitchen. We had a great experience. There was a few slight inconveniences but that did not affect our stay, the kitchen isn’t as well stocked as other condos we have stayed in. We were surprised there was no pizza cutter but again that did not change our experience just a slight inconvenience. The pot holders had dried food from previous guest but we just used the dish towels. The cover on the 2 beds are thin but we brought extras so not a huge deal. If you plan to use the pull out sofa bring sheets and cover as there was none in the condo. Over all great experience, beautiful condo and Avari answered all our questions quickly with no other issues. Would stay here again.

Great location and good price. Would stay here again in the future. Please note that since this unit is run by a management company, it did not have some of the amenities that we have found in other Airbnb units. No coffee or coffee filters. No dish soap (did have dishwasher detergent). No hand soap. No detergent for the washing machine. No condiments. Wasn’t a big deal as we only stayed 3 nights but if you need these things, you will need to bring them with you or purchase them once you arrive.
