Fabulously updated and remodeled, this beautiful gulf-front villa features breathtaking views that will whisk you away to paradise! You'll have an eye-pleasing kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, sure to inspire your inner chef. Enjoy full views of the community boat dock and community tennis courts right from the kitchen. Tucked away just to the left, you'll find a half bathroom updated with granite and tile. There is plenty of dining space for your guests and you'll love the private ocean views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico from the living room. Upstairs, you'll find a guest bedroom, a guest full bathroom, and the main bedroom, complete with its own full-size bay windows with glimmering ocean views, plus ample closet space and recessed lighting. The main bathroom has granite countertops, ceramic tile flooring, and a custom tiled shower. The guest bedroom offers a water view from the bedroom windows, and the guest bathroom is very roomy and comfortable. There is even guest access to the boat dock and ramp!

Be sure to visit some of the area's best restaurants like Crab Trap Perdido Key, The Flora-Bama Yacht Club, and Flora-Bama Ole River Grill while you're here. Orange Beach Golf Center, Lost Key Golf and Beach Club, and Lost Key Golf and Beach Club all have fantastic greens to play on during your stay, and they're all less than nine miles from your home.

The condo and surroundings were absolutely beautiful. We loved the view from the balcony of the gulf and the view of the bay from the kitchen. We had a great experience. There was a few slight inconveniences but that did not affect our stay, the kitchen isn’t as well stocked as other condos we have stayed in. We were surprised there was no pizza cutter but again that did not change our experience just a slight inconvenience. The pot holders had dried food from previous guest but we just used the dish towels. The cover on the 2 beds are thin but we brought extras so not a huge deal. If you plan to use the pull out sofa bring sheets and cover as there was none in the condo. Over all great experience, beautiful condo and Avari answered all our questions quickly with no other issues. Would stay here again.

Great location and good price. Would stay here again in the future. Please note that since this unit is run by a management company, it did not have some of the amenities that we have found in other Airbnb units. No coffee or coffee filters. No dish soap (did have dishwasher detergent). No hand soap. No detergent for the washing machine. No condiments. Wasn’t a big deal as we only stayed 3 nights but if you need these things, you will need to bring them with you or purchase them once you arrive.

Avari was very responsive and helpful for our stay. The location was perfect just far enough away from all the crowds and close enough to Flora Bama and all Orange Beach has to offer!
