I loved that this was not a very busy condo or busy beach area I would like to see some bbq grills available for guests who like to cook on the property but very well pleased really enjoyed ourselves

Overall good place to stay for my family. We are pretty low maintenance and just need enough room to sleep comfortably in a clean place and this room provided that for an affordable rate. The room could use some TLC in different areas but nothing major. We love staying at Broadmoor, beaches are not crowded, short walk out to the beach and the facilities are always kept up with. We did have some parking issues the last couple of days with a lack of parking spaces for several vehicles. This by no means derailed our good time at the beach. We will be back next year!
