If you love listening to the sound of waves gently lapping at the shore the spacious balcony at Regency Isle 1003 is ideal for experiencing the soothing sights and sounds of the beach. By extending your living and dining space out to this outdoor venue many possibilities are open to you, especially since access to the balcony is available from the living/dining area and the primary bedroom. Sit back and relax in the jetted tub in the main bathroom where you will also find a separate shower. The floors throughout the condo are tile or wood and a wet bar adds to your convenience.

Things to Know
This unit will be undergoing the application of a new exterior, durable wall coating. The project is expected from 11/9-12/3 (subject to change due to weather), and during this time, the balcony will be unavailable for use. There will be no impact to interior space related to the construction, except that all patio items must be stored inside the unit for the duration of the project time, which may create some inconvenience. Additionally, noise and minor inconveniences can be expected.

Please be aware that scheduled building and balcony work will begin October 5th, 2026 and are expected through January of 2027. As part of this project, the elevator may be closed or unavailable at certain times, requiring guests to use the stairs. If you or anyone in your party is unable to use stairs, please take this into consideration when making your reservation.

Balcony work will also require patio furniture to be temporarily moved inside the unit, and there may be workers present on or immediately outside your balcony during scheduled work hours. Guests should also anticipate construction-related noise, equipment, and activity around the building during the day. We appreciate your patience and understanding while these necessary building improvements are completed.
