Spend tranquil evenings amidst lush landscape while dining alfresco at the outdoor table on the wraparound screened porch. Or venture out to find a selection of dining and shopping options within a mile. A prime central locale right off scenic 30A, enjoy easy access to many outdoor activities, including numerous beaches, state parks, bike trails, and coastal dune lakes. Beach gear, toys, books, and games are provided.

Unwind into vacation mode in the living area, furnished with a sofa and two armchairs. Gather for a movie around the 50” TV with DVD and Blu-ray. Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, equipped with a double basin sink and a full suite of helpful appliances. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating.

In the afternoon, enjoy a quiet read on the cushioned sofa swing. After days at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower.

Scene & Surroundings

There are two pools located in Grove by the Sea community. Tennis courts/pickleball courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis. One pool is located at the entrance on N. Andalusia Ave. The second pool and tennis court is located off Cullman Avenue, back side of community.

Beautiful community, peaceful, lovely Southern house which was very spacious and comfy. We loved the screened porch and honestly the decor, which is not super modern but had a ton of character. Plus it was a 0.3 mile walk to the beach! Can't beat that.
The one slightly annoying thing is you are dealing with a management company, not a single owner. Every time I asked a question the answer was "we don't know the answer for your property but we will research and get back to you". In one case what they told me was incorrect.
Minor point though I loved it and would absolutely stay again!!!

We’ve stayed at 15+ houses along 30A and I loved this one. It feels like a home with cozy furniture, original art, and beautiful antiques - a nice change from the just like ever other house gray and neutral decor! Location is ideal and beds are comfy!

Great location. Really nice quiet neighborhood. Interesting decor...not typical florida. Great porch. .loved high ceiling in Great room with high windows.
