Less than a block from the beach, the home also includes access to an on-site pool, located at the end of the community's private cul-de-sac. There are some great local dining options to discover along 30A and you can explore a pristine slice of Coastal Florida at several nearby state parks, including Grayton Beach, Deer Lake, Camp Helen, and Point Washington State Forest.

At home, sip coffee on the covered front porch, and make the most of sunny skies with happy hours or alfresco meals on the back patio.

The main-floor interior features a spacious, open floor plan with plenty of room to gather. Plan family-style meals with ease in the well-equipped full kitchen, and after the day's adventures, unwind on the living room sectional to stream shows and movies on the smart TV. Modern home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Our family enjoyed the house just a couple of blocks from the beach and the handicap accessibility was greatly utilized. The floors were not cleaned well. More forks, paper towels, and garbage bags were needed. It would have been nice to have a counter cleaner available. We really wanted to use the grill as there was a picture in the listing, but after we paid the rules said no use of the grill. Also, the listing had dog friendly which was one reason we wanted to stay. Then, after we reserved the home it said no dogs.
Overall, we enjoyed the home.

We had an amazing 5-day stay here with our family! The house was super clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location — very close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed. The beach itself was absolutely beautiful and made our trip even more special.One thing we really appreciated was how clean and fresh the house felt, especially for a pet-friendly property. We didn’t bring our pet and were honestly a little worried at first about possible smells or stains, but there was absolutely no odor, marks, or anything that showed pets had stayed there before. That was a huge positive for us and made the home feel extra well-maintained.The home included beach chairs, which was really convenient, but be sure to bring your own beach towels and umbrellas. They also provide starter supplies like shampoo, soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent, but only enough for about 2 days, so plan to bring extra if you’re staying longer.Overall, we had so much fun and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely rent this house again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!
