Good stay overall, walkable to several local businesses and the beach. Nice quiet street.

September 2026

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Pete’s Palace! Our two kids (7 and 9) loved having their own rooms with Jack and Jill bathrooms, we loved the easy walk to a peaceful and not as crowded slice of beach, we loved the quiet and shady pool where we were always the only people, and we loved how cozy the living room was for watching movies at night. We’ve decided this is our family’s favorite 30a spot and we will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing such a precious space!

Clean, easy check in, and close to the beach.

Our family enjoyed the house just a couple of blocks from the beach and the handicap accessibility was greatly utilized. The floors were not cleaned well. More forks, paper towels, and garbage bags were needed. It would have been nice to have a counter cleaner available. We really wanted to use the grill as there was a picture in the listing, but after we paid the rules said no use of the grill. Also, the listing had dog friendly which was one reason we wanted to stay. Then, after we reserved the home it said no dogs.
Overall, we enjoyed the home.
