Overview

This beautiful, third-floor condo has views of the Gulf from the living room and the private balcony. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. The living room has a sofa, large TV, DVD player and the kitchen has seating along with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the primary bathroom has a walk-in shower as well as views of the Gulf of Mexico. Every bedroom has DVD players and TVs. A bonus feature of this condo is the stackable washer/dryer. This updated condo will soon be your home away from home for every vacation.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
The primary guest must be 25 years or older to book this property.

Great, quiet location. Lots of things within a few minutes. Condo was very clean. Loved all the dishes available. Could use a few updates such as bed pillows and sofa pillows. Please add to your listing that if you want front row beach service, you have to reserve it and pay an extra 15.00 per day. Wrong parking tickets were in our room at arrival but staff was helpful in correcting the issue. Overall our stay was delightful.

Im going to give 5 stars because overall nothing took away from our great trip!The great:Location was excellent. 100/10 viewQuiet condoWasher/dryer in room was awesomeChairs/ umbrella at beach providedThe good:Lots of space2 bathroomspretty well stocked kitchen(please add a can opener and pancake spatula)Plenty of towels, toilet paper, handsoap etcNeeds improvement:No ceiling fans but primary did have a plug in fanThe carpets just needs to be replacedPorch light did not workWe had difficulty programming AC- defaulted to 73 which is too hot!

There was a leak in the bathroom and a portion of the ceiling actually fell out while in the shower ! We were conceded about mold exposure for our son who began coughing . We had to use only one bathroom for the duration of the trip and left early as well. They only refunded the night we lost full use and gave no compensation for the loss of use of the bathroom or safety concern the other 4 nights . This was insufficient for the amount of disruption of of our stay and health concern .
