This beautiful, second-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. The primary bedroom is on the Gulf side with doors leading to the balcony. Other features of this upgraded vacation rental include a kitchen with upgraded appliances and granite countertops, new cabinets and fixtures, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathrooms have upgraded fixtures, cabinets and décor with marble accents. The primary bath has a green marble soaker tub and large walk-in shower. The living room has a TV, DVD player, and a CD stereo system. The primary bedroom has a TV and a VCR. The guest bedroom has a TV and VCR and the third bedroom has a TV.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
The primary guest must be 25 years or older to book this property.

Great spot. I recommend putting padding behind/ on cabinet doors. That will stop potential damage from doors. GREAT SPOT. WILL BE MY PLACE OF CHOICE IN FORT WALTON.

Our family loved staying in the condo, and we had a wonderful vacation here! The condo was spacious, very clean and had many updates. It also has a wonderful view of the beach! We are planning to stay here again for our next vacation!

Dirty sheets with dog hair on them. Don’t get clean sheets till 2 days later the day before we are leaving.. the floor was filthy. Cleaners did a terrible job!!!

Our stay was near perfect! Just shy of 5 stars due to the balcony door breaking and not having access to the balcony via main living room. Maintenance came once to fix it and failed. Never got fixed during our stay. Other than that, the condo was extremely clean, had convenient access to the beach and right on the Gulf! Highly recommend for a family with kids as the condo is very close to beach access.
Also, note that you will need to pack your own coffee filters, extra toilet paper (only one roll provided in each bathroom), paper towels and trash bags. Would stay here again!
