This beautiful, second-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this upgraded, modernly decorated vacation rental include upgraded kitchen cabinets and appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The first bathroom includes a tub while the primary bath has a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have vanity, light fixtures, and cabinets. The living room has a TV, DVD player, and a CD stereo system. The bedrooms have TVs with DVD players. Another great feature of this condo is the stackable washer/dryer. All linens and bath towels are provided for your comfort. Things to Know Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
