Overview

This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Other features of this upgraded, well-appointed vacation rental include granite countertops, upgraded cabinets and light fixtures, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathroom includes a tub and a vanity, light fixture and cabinets. The living room and bedroom have TVs with a DVD player, VCR and a CD stereo system in the living room.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

We enjoyed our stay! Great condo, easy to get to the beach. The condo building was gated which was nice. The room itself was clean, easy to get check in, the kitchen was clean and had plenty of kitchen items if we wanted to cook anything (which we didn’t). The beds and pillows were comfortable! Overall would def stay here again!

Nasty unit 2P, Island Echos. Unreliable booking co. I’ll book nothing w Avari aka Vacasa Rentals ever again.They run the whole strip of condos in the area. What happened: The floors were atrociously filthy and nothing got done about it. Ab 15-20 minutes after arrival I felt a grimy feeling underfoot then looked at the bottoms of my feet to find them already black. Immediately made contact w them, talked w 3 agents during that first evening and all of them failed to see a solution thru. They even knew we had a crawling-age baby in unsanitary conditions. It was so bad it needs hrs of heavy work and would have made the white towels filthy if I had tried. Ruined my ability to relax which made this an anti-vacay. They should be ashamed of themselves seeing as the cleaning fees aren’t being used for cleaning. Bed was not good. There were sharp places on all the dining chairs that would easily cut someone. We covered the sofa to use it out of paranoia nothing was actually clean. NIGHTMARE!!

I’ve stayed at other condos in this area that never had that musty smell when you enter and when I went to sit at the patio table it was quite evident that someone prior sat there and clipped their toe nails that were still sitting there. When I see stuff like that I start questioning how thorough was the unit cleaned

Had a wonderful trip to FWB. Loved our stay at Island Echos. The beach and water are both amazing. So clean. Our place came with two beach chairs and umbrellas. Thankful for that! Oh, during our stay it was very quiet and peaceful. Yay! Thank you for allowing us to spend some time at your place. My wife and I had a great trip!!

So happy we went with this condo! The location was perfect and the corner unit was so nice! The view was amazing!!! With it being second floor and right by the stairs we didn’t even have to bother with the elevator. This was probably the cleanest condo we have ever rented. It was very well stocked also! Loved that it had a k cup coffee maker. I would definitely stay here again. The hosts were on top of their game with communication, sending out everything we needed before we had to ask. Check in and check out were effortless. 10/10 recommend.
