Overview

This beautiful, third-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this Florida room inspired vacation rental include a kitchen with all the appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The primary bath has a walk-in shower and the second bath has a tub. This condo also features a washer/dryer.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

We LOVED this spot! We wanted a spot where the kids could have their own room/bathroom, where we didn't have to pay an arm & a leg, and where we could walk out onto the beach. This spot had all 3!! They were very quick to respond when we had questions, which we had very few because they did a great job at laying everything out for us. We would 100% recommend & use them again when we come back!

We enjoyed our stay and would return; however, guests should know that there are absolutely no spices (not even salt and pepper), no coffee filters, no storage containers or ziplocks, etc., so if you plan to cook or pack sandwiches for the beach, pack a few basics, or be prepared to pay for these in your grocery order.

Our condo was perfect for our family beach trip. The kids loved the bunk beds. It was a little chillier than expected so the heated pool was a plus. We were also very close to the beach and loved the included beach chairs that were already set up for us everyday.
