Overview

This beautiful, second-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this colorful beach inspired vacation rental include a kitchen with all the appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. Both bathrooms have tubs and include vanity, light fixtures, and cabinets. The living room has a TV, DVD player, VCR, and a CD stereo system. The bedrooms have TVs with one bedroom having a VCR.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
The primary guest must be 25 years or older to book this property.

Not a fully stocked kitchen. You will need to bring everything to cook an actual meal. No wine bottle opener, no basic seasonings, no trash bag. The mattress need to be replaced, they’re stained and horrible. The floors were sandy. The only positive was the beach being so close.

Great price and great location! Close to things but not too close that it is still private and peaceful! Such wonderful communication and fast responses to questions! Very clean, gorgeous views, ac worked very well for a beach unit! Only thing I recommend is adding a coffee maker but we just bought some iced coffee and cream and enjoyed it on the patio in the mornings (: very happy with the stay! We also have a family of 7 so it was very comfortable and good separation for kids at night after a Long Beach day!!

The condo was clean and beautiful. Everything was as described for the most part. Instructions were clear and accurate. The view was great and the balcony and beach access were quiet and private. We had a few issues: previous guests broke a shelf in the master and propped it up with laundry baskets, the master bath shower door wasn't working properly, but management was very responsive and fixed everything up no problem. We didn't mention, but master window really can't be opened because the window track isn't great and screen in torn, but definitely not a deal breaker.
We arrived hours early and management actually got our place ready early for us so we could get right in! Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the place, the area, our stay, and especially the management team! Thank you!
