Overview

This beautiful, second-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this colorful beach inspired vacation rental include a kitchen with all the appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. Both bathrooms have tubs and include vanity, light fixtures, and cabinets. The living room has a TV, DVD player, VCR, and a CD stereo system. The bedrooms have TVs with one bedroom having a VCR.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

We booked a last minute quick trip for my kiddos to enjoy the beach. All information provided on property was accurate and made it easy to follow. Overall, being on the second floor was fairly accessible . The only thing is I wished there were some more pot and pan options and it was not furnished with any condiments which was inconvenient for cooking purposes when we were just there for a short stay. Great supply of towels. There is a community wash room but you have to pay to use it. Noise was never an issue. It was a very comfortable stay and was perfect for my family of five. It was nice to have the option of an umbrella and chairs as well.

Not a fully stocked kitchen. You will need to bring everything to cook an actual meal. No wine bottle opener, no basic seasonings, no trash bag. The mattress need to be replaced, they’re stained and horrible. The floors were sandy. The only positive was the beach being so close.

Great price and great location! Close to things but not too close that it is still private and peaceful! Such wonderful communication and fast responses to questions! Very clean, gorgeous views, ac worked very well for a beach unit! Only thing I recommend is adding a coffee maker but we just bought some iced coffee and cream and enjoyed it on the patio in the mornings (: very happy with the stay! We also have a family of 7 so it was very comfortable and good separation for kids at night after a Long Beach day!!
