Overview

This beautiful, fourth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this upgraded, lovely decorated, beach inspired vacation rental include an upgraded kitchen with all the appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The kitchen also has had upgraded cabinets, light fixtures, and countertops. Both bathrooms have been upgraded. The living room has a TV, DVD, and VCR. The primary bedroom and a guest bedroom both have TVs with DVD players.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
The primary guest must be 25 years or older to book this property.

We had a wonderful time!

Easy access to the property and they tried to accommodate us in every possible way. We truly enjoyed the time we spent there. I do wish the balcony area would have been slightly larger, but since it was only my husband and I traveling this time, it was perfectly fine. One thing we would love to see them add - a hot tub (my hubby's personal favorite place in the evenings).

No hot tub. only one pool that did not have a view of the beachfront. A/C in the master bedroom did not cool as well as in the other parts of the unit.

Great view and condo! Pics don't actually reflect as it's much better! Has a washer/dryer IN the unit! Clean, large- plenty of room! Cons: could use updated/more comfortable couch- but its not horrible. AC could have been better.

Great place right on the water. The beach is beautiful. All the little details made it so helpful. Everything from the chairs with umbrella on the beach that was included to the charging blocks by the beds to plenty of towels in the bathrooms and starter kits of all toiletries and kitchen needs was very thoughtful. Great place!

The condo met all of our needs. The provided beach service is a plus. I don't think you should have to pay $15 to reserve you umbrella and chairs since it is part of your rental fees. I have been going to the Emerald Coast for over 50 years and never experienced this cost before. We have stayed in 4J before and it is a great condo.
