This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Other features of this updated, beach cottage style vacation rental include a full-size refrigerator, upgraded cabinets, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathroom includes a tub and a vanity, light fixture and cabinets. The living room has a TV, DVD player, VCR and a CD stereo system. The bedroom includes a TV, DVD player and a VCR. This condo features WiFi.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

As far as location & having an ocean view, the price was fantastic! The unit itself worked well for our family (2 adults, 2 children). The unit was clean, functional, & provided the right amenities. The only downside (& this is a very minor issue) was all the patio furniture on the balcony. It was a little cramped. There were plenty of bath towels/washcloths provided, the carpet in the bedroom & living room was a nice, home-y touch! The grocery buggies were definitely a plus! Parking was a bit snug for our full size SUV, but we made it work. We were able to utilize the chairs & umbrellas provided which was wonderful, so you don’t have to carry so much onto the beach. Overall, great price for location, amenities, & private ocean access!

Comfortable, clean, great location, felt right at home. Loved the ocean view, lounge chairs and relaxing atmosphere. Traffic was horrible and neighbor below us smoked which came into the condo but over all we highly recommended this place and plan to come back. Thank you

Balcony on the 5th floor is great Gulf view.
Ac works great.
The checkout/clean up procedure is super easy.
Beach umbrella and lawn chairs provided in the price was awesome.
To find room for improvement you really need to nitpick. Location is right. Price is right for the location. The bed was comfy. Nice fridge. They use a standard coffee grounds coffee pot not a Keurig....FYI
Ice machine is located at the ground floor.
They have trash chutes at the ends of the floor so it's easy to get rid of your trash. Down the elevator to the lobby and out the back door and you're on the deck headed towards the sand. 100 ft and you're on the sand. Can't beat that
