Overview

This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Other features of this cozy beach inspired vacation rental include a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove, and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathroom includes a tub and a vanity, light fixture and cabinets. The living room has a TV with a DVD player and a VCR while the bedroom has a TV.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

The wife and I stayed on the beach here and had a really nice experience. Short walk down the beach to the pier. The condo had a lot of amenities we didn’t really take advantage of ( pool, gym, laundry,& pickle ball courts)
It was home base for a few short trips to visit relatives and see Blue Angels air show practice in Pensacola

We booked for a last minute trip and I am so glad we chose to stay here. The view was amazing and the place was clean and looked just like the pictures. Can’t wait to book again in the future.

If you are looking for something directly on the beach, this is your place. You also get an umbrella and two beach chairs with the reservation. However, if you are looking for a unit that is updated, this is not your place. The bedroom pillows are literally flat, there is a floor fan in the bedroom that you can’t even change position of because it is broken, there is no lock on the inside of the unit which I think is a must to feel secure. I had to hope the electronic door locked as it should. When I checked in the unit reeked of marijuana and I called immediately. No one came to remedy the issue. It was so strong it was making me nauseous. Anyway, great location just not an overall great experience.

This location cannot be beat. A view of the ocean from the balcony, a quick walk down to the beach, and a quick drive to many restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary umbrella and beach chairs, we spent one entire day of our trip just on the beach! We appreciated the clear instructions for check-in and check-out and agree that we would visit this condo again,
