Overview

This beautiful, fifth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this high quality, vacation rental include upgraded furnishings such as kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The guest bathroom has a bathtub and the primary bathroom has a shower stall. Both bathrooms have vanities, light fixtures, and cabinets. The living room has a TV, DVD player, and stereo system. The bedrooms have a TV and DVD players.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

By far the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in! And I’ve been beaching twice a year for 20 years, from PCB to Gulf Shores to Fort Walton! The kitchen was well stocked, bath towels plenty! The beds were both super comfy! Short easy walk to the beach.
Only recommendations, post new pictures as unit is painted gray now & fix exhaust fan in master bath (which I did not report during my stay!). I would absolutely recommend this unit and plan to stay again!

We loved the property very relaxing. The only thing I would suggest is that it isnt very kid proofed. What I mean is that we had a 2 year old with us and the door to the front was easily opened. There was notl dead bolt or chain on the door and it opened freely from the inside. I would suggest maybe a chain lock on the front door for safety of small children. Other than that we loved it. We had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and washclothes. Everything was clean and tidy. We had one small issue with one of the toilets. A quick call to management and it was fixed promptly. Would certainly stay here again. Love the ocean view and ease of getting to the beach.
