Overview

You'll love your stay in this beautiful seventh-floor Gulf-front condo. With a Balcony overlooking the white sand beaches and breathtaking emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, relaxing here shouldn't be an issue. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. This condo has a well-equipped kitchen for those nights you decide to stay in, versus partaking in one of the many nearby local dining establishments. Featuring a king bed in the primary bedroom, and two twins in a guest bedroom this condo will sleep up to 4 adults. This condo also boasts a washer/dryer in the condo which can be harder to come across than you may think. While staying you will also have access to all that Island Echos has to offer. Our amenities include a Gulf Front swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, DVD rentals and beach service.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
The primary guest must be 25 years or older to book this property.

Beautiful condo! Overall clean and comfortable; great location. My only complaint was the slatted door right past the snack bar had a significant amount of dust balls. I cleaned the door and ended up with a hand full of dust balls. Other than that the condo was very clean.
I loved that it was on the beach and included two chairs and an umbrella. I also loved that this condo had a washer and dryer, because the laundry room down stairs costs a total of $10 per load to wash and dry.
Loved the top floor view. One thing we noticed while on the balcony, the condos to the left stick out further and block the view towards the left. They also blocked all of the air flow. There was no breeze while sitting on the balcony like there typically would be.
Be aware that the door to the condo doesn’t have a deadbolt to lock from inside.
The property also doesn’t have a
hot tub, but does have a nice, clean pool.
We had a great stay and would consider staying here again.
