This efficiency, Islander 204, is gulf-front and located on the 2nd floor of the phase 1 building with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. It is set up much like a hotel room with a kitchenette that includes a microwave and refrigerator, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The queen sofa bed is a light mauve with decorative pillows. Also, you have a queen bed with wicker furniture. The unit includes a TV, DVD player and internet access. This absolutely perfect for a two person getaway. The location was pristine, easy access out and to the beach through the stairway right beside the unit, and it was tucked away to where you were pretty much on your own, even if people were staying beside you. It was accurately described, just like the pictures, it had everything that we could possibly need, it was extremely well-maintained and totally clean, and the management responded to everything that we asked, which was not much, within hours. I cannot ask for a better experience and I can’t wait to go back next year. Thank you for a wonderful day. I highly recommend.

The condo was beautiful, and Avari provided us with everything we needed. My only complaint was they were unable to provide a late checkout and the checkout was earlier than most hotels as it was.
