It's as if the sea and sand are another room in the house! The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a community grill. The community pool entrance is nearby.

Open the digital lock and go up the stairs to the first level, where you will find the comfortable open plan living/dining/kitchen area, a half bath, and the beachfront deck. The home features tile/wood look flooring throughout the home. Stretch out to watch TV or listen to the stereo from the comfortable couches, one of which opens into a queen sleeper. Curl up in front of the electric fireplace on chilly nights. Whip up some margaritas and nachos in the well-equipped kitchen, while your sous chef hangs out at one of the counter bar stools, all while never losing sight of that sparkling blue sea. Serve up a fantastic meal at the large square table with comfortable seating for six. It’s a very nice property, really enjoyed the stay. The only issue was check in, the instructions for the code to door was not accurate. That was for the lockbox and the key is bent with the dead bolt had a lot of play. The lock system needs to be replaced.Check out was a breeze however. All and all a very good experience and a great location.
