The location, pool and staff response

We loved the close location to the beach and the pool. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the decks. They have loose boards and rusted nails coming out of the boards and the railings are not sturdy. The gates are also very hard to lock. We had multiple kids this trip and was afraid to let them walk on the porch barefooted due to the nails and risk of splinters. The one adult that slept in the bunkbed room stated that the bunkbeds were noisy when the kids were moving in the middle of the night. Other than that the house and location to the beach was great!! Multiple toys provided for pool and beach, pool was clean and the ice machine was great! We enjoyed our stay!

Far as location and easy access to the beach and outlets it was nice. The downfall was baby roaches in the icemaker and when we stripped the beds down..the mattress cover was dirty. Other than that I would stay again
