Unfortunately, our weekend stay was disappointing, especially for nearly $500 for only two nights. We booked for 6 people, but there were not enough towels or toiletries provided. The beds were loose, unstable, and very noisy, and the sheets had noticeable stains that were unpleasant.
The room was poorly maintained overall, with peeling paint, an unclean kitchen area, and even ants in the dishwasher. The location was also inconvenient with very little nearby, requiring a 40-minute round trip just to get to a decent store.
To top it off, after paying that much, we were still expected to handle a large portion of the housekeeping duties before checkout. Overall, the stay did not match the price or expectations.

The first day I arrived the water was brown and the refrigerator was making a loud noise, and it had an old smell to it. I called to report the issues. I was on hold for an hour. I called back I was on hold for 54 minutes. Someone finally answered the phone. I told her the issues and she said the maintenance man give me a call within 2 to 3 hours. No one called or came out. Me and my children had to shower at my brother's place. I had go the whole weekend listening to a loud refrigerator. Plantation West #1239 is a never again for me.

Had a great stay. Friendly neighbors and easy access to the pools and beach. Customer service was really great making sure we checked in ok and had no problems. Appliances dated but worked with no issues. Really enjoyed our stay!
