This rental has it all. Close to beach , Nice gulf view. All the amenities needed for your stay. Home and property is very clean and tidy.

Nice location, family friendly, all the pools and beach never felt crowded, was quiet, its not in the heart of the action but a few minutes drive and can be there but we enjoyed the pools and beach right there. Also a restaurant onsite and pizza delivery available. Several bbq grills(charcoal) available, ice, pop vending machines right there.

The condo is very nice and I had a great stay. The sofa needs to be trashed however. It's sunken and smelly. Other than the 90s decor and needing some minor updating, it's fine. I will be returning.
