The balcony overlooks the beach, ocean, and resort style pool, which is conveniently located just steps or an elevator ride away. For those that prefer the beach, this ocean front condo offers a short walk to the beach where you can take a quick dip in the Gulf of Mexico or play in the sugar-white sands. After a day in the sun, relax back at the condo and enjoy the expansive ocean views from the balcony or from this cool, central air-conditioned condo. This is a great condo we had two family’s in it 4 adults and 4 children under 8 we fit perfectly in it. The inside is clean, nice and well put together with the beach vibe. It has the prettiest views the board walk is right next to this condo. You have basically 2 neighbors one below and one next door the entrance to this condo had 2 doors so it wasn’t over whelming with other people getting in and out. Now down falls were you had to take the stairs all the way up to third floor or you could walk through the connecting building and ride elevator. The spiral stair case is a little intimidating ( my daughter 4yr fell down them ) but is fine you get use to them.

Pros: great view, short boardwalk, spacious room, very clean, well equipped room, only one neighbor because of the location, bedrooms stayed cool/cold during the nights. Cons: echo off tv upstairs was loud, ice maker didn’t work, added an extra night through vacasa and got locked out the last day because no one told us they changed the code

This is the "penthouse" condo in the complex, looking directly over beach with high windows the entire length of unit. Newly updated kitchen is huge, unlike the smaller kitchens in the rest of complex, allowing for large families to gather without tripping over each other!
