Tonia

July 2026

We loved the location. It was close to beach and pool. The room needs updating and maintenance done.

The location and view

It advertised that it slept 6 when it only sleeps 4. One of the sinks didn’t drain, one of the stove burners didn’t work, some of the electrical outlets didn’t work, the dryer did not dry very well. The furniture in living room was very uncomfortable.

Avari response:

Thank you, Tonia, for sharing your thoughts with us. We’re thrilled to hear that you loved the location and enjoyed the beautiful view. It’s always wonderful when our guests can appreciate the proximity to the beach and pool.

We genuinely appreciate your feedback regarding the room's condition and the issues you encountered. It’s important to us that every aspect of your stay meets your expectations, and we’re sorry to hear that we fell short in some areas. We take your comments seriously, and we will address the maintenance concerns you mentioned, including the sink, stove burner, and electrical outlets. Your comfort is our priority, and we want to ensure that our homes are not only inviting but also functional.

We understand how important it is for our listings to accurately reflect their capacity, and we will review this to avoid any future confusion. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We hope you’ll consider staying with us again, as we’re committed to providing a more seamless experience next time. Your comfort and satisfaction mean a lot to us, and we’d love the opportunity to welcome you back.

Beautiful view, peaceful location away from the crowd.

The only thing I would complain about if I had to is that the ice maker didn't work and the dryer took forever to dry our clothes. No big deal, not the end of the world. We enjoyed the location and room.
