I am very disappointed in so many things about this stay. We have stayed in so many places over the pat 25 years. This is by far the worst time I have had when it comes to the attention to a problem. We dealt with the clogged drain and managed the parking situation as best we could. The king and queen mattresses were terribly uncomfortable. When I pulled the sheets off the king I was grossed out by how nasty the mattress was. This is absolutely wrong. The trash can pull out in the kitchen was in poor condition. The disposal needs to be replaced it is so load. The furniture was stained. I want to address the parking of only 3 vehicles. I was unaware of this until we got our check in instructions. I went back and read through the original listing. Maybe I missed something but I could not find anything that said we could only park 3 vehicles. My family lives in different places and had to travel separate. There is room for 6. HOA was not mentioned in listing.

The house was great with good location. The only issue we had was the wifi wasn't working when we got there. I messaged the management company and was instructed to call the internet company. We waited to do that until the next morning because we really didn't feel like doing it that night after traveling all day. Also, didn't really want to spend time on vacation dealing with the internet company, but we called them the next morning and the rep said he would have to contact the account owner. RE Management rep came out after this, but there wasn't anything he could do either until they spoke to the homeowner. Issue was resolved early afternoon that day. We didn't have working TVs until it was back on since we couldn't get the Hotspot to work from our phones. It wasn't a really huge deal for us and didn't affect the whole trip overall. I would still stay here agan.
