The property was located right on the beach with beautiful views, it is also located at the end of the condos before the Gulf State Park with no condos on the end which was not as crowded and a short walk to the pier or a 1 mile walk to the Hangout.. It was a little cooler so we were able to enjoy the indoor pool as well. Over all a nice stay and highly recommend this place. Clean, and comfortable with views and location unmatched.

The view and location is excellent. The outside and some of the inside is old and in need of repair. Tub needs to be replaced and rust on outside door needs to be sanded and painted.

Location can’t be beat, that end of the beach is so quiet compared to the rest and we were under 15 minutes from all the area attractions we wanted to visit.

We stayed for 4 nights with an ocean front view. Beds were comfortable, it was roomy enough for a family of 4 with a young teen and a school age child. The bunk beds were perfect for their size and the king was great for my husband and me. We could have a used a regular size skillet for breakfast but we made it work with the dishes there. The dishwasher, washer and dryer were useful during our stay. We enjoyed some time on the balcony, whether it was early morning or late evening. My little family enjoyed our time spent in this quaint condo. We spent much of our time on the beach and out and about so we did not get to use the pool, sauna or gym. We had a great stay!
