Perfect place for a few days! Everything was clean on arrival. Easy beach ascess. Only suggestion would be to have a few more better stocked kitchen while a few more pots to cook with.not a complaint . Everything was wonderful!

Absolute loved our place and our experience with Avari! We loved that it was right on the beach and that it was close to restaurants and stores. We also enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. My only complaint is that the bed wasn’t very comfortable. A mattress pad would really make it a lot better! Other than that, we loved it so much. Will be back in the future.

The condo was exactly like described. Very nice and clean. Easy to access. Loved the access to the beach. The parking lot was easy to get in and out when you know the gate code.

The property was located right on the beach with beautiful views, it is also located at the end of the condos before the Gulf State Park with no condos on the end which was not as crowded and a short walk to the pier or a 1 mile walk to the Hangout.. It was a little cooler so we were able to enjoy the indoor pool as well. Over all a nice stay and highly recommend this place. Clean, and comfortable with views and location unmatched.
