The private balcony is expansive and features a convenient outdoor dining area so you and your friends can enjoy your meals al fresco while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Seawind's amenities include a swim-through indoor/outdoor pool, a beachside hot tub, a zero-entry wading pool, a fitness center, a sauna, and an outdoor grilling area. What's nearby: If you're after endless entertainment and delicious dining, The Wharf is the answer. It features fishing and boating activities, one of the largest Ferris Wheels, a mini-golf course, arcades, and even a zipline course! You'll also find The Wharf Amphitheater, where some of the country's hottest bands also perform. Downtown Gulf Shores is one and a half miles away and it offers restaurants, eateries, shops, markets, and other conveniences just a few minutes away. Things to know: The Seawind Elevator Modernization Project will take place from Fall 2025 and end by Spring 2026. Both the tower and club building elevators will be under construction during this time period. The tower building (where your unit is located) will have one elevator operating at a time while the other is under construction. The club building elevator will be closed while under construction, so the gym will only be accessible through the stairs during that time. Construction workers and equipment will be on site, and construction noise is to be expected during working hours. For current updates on construction progress and timeline, or for any questions related to the Seawind Elevator Modernization Project. Please note that amenities on-site are available for an additional fee.

We loved our stay in seawind 1503! The unit was clean, comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the living room and master is amazing! We walked right down to the beach. The kids loved the pool and food trucks by the pool area. So many things to do and places to eat in walking distance. Definitely make sure you walk to gulf island grill, food was delicious. We are already planning our next stay here!

The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the ocean view from the 15th floor and being so close to the beach. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
