Kokomo II is a gorgeous Gulf front home located approximately three miles west of Highway 59. This two-story home has a covered parking area for your convenience. The stairs lead you to the north side entry, with the main level featuring an open living area, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen as well as in-unit laundry. The living area has a simple, yet elegant interior decor with subtle beach-themed touches. Cozy up on one of the comfortable sofas and watch your favorite sit-com on the flatscreen TV while any of your guests prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. The private deck offers an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your meals, a couple of beach chairs, perfect for sunbathing, and direct beach access. The parrot head guest bedroom with hand-painted charms features a queen bed. The second guest bedroom on the northwest side of the home has two bunk beds. Everybody should know a place like Kokomo.

The Park at OWA is a well-known amusement park featuring thrilling rides such as the Air Racer, Crazy Mouse, Freedom Flyer, and more and it's only 14 up north.

This was my 5 yr old twin granddaughters first beach vacation. The house was awesome. Very nice location. House was very clean. Had everything you could possible need to cook with. Full size washer and dryer. Even had a blow dryer in the bathroom. Awesome view of the beach and ocean from the house.

This is our 4 th year to have a family vacay to Gulf Shores. This year we thought we would get a house instead of a condo and I am telling you this house is perfect. Went with my husband , daughter and son in law and 3 grandchildren. Everyone had their space upstairs and then the downstairs was perfect for the family to be together , it is large and open concept with plenty of room. This house has everything you could need . Has your own path to the beach and just a quick drive to “all the things “ in town. We will definitely be staying here again.
Thanks to the owners for sharing this beautiful property with us. It was perfect for making memories!!! Until next time!!!

We have stayed here 2 out of the last 3 years . We love the home it fits our family perfect with the bunk beds , separate spare room and large master. But the best thing we like is the location. from the beach access, to the number restaurants and entertainment. This house is always a win win for us.
