I would recommend this spot, we had a great time, inside is very clean, they have child gate at the stairs and outside balcony. It rained one night so we stayed down stairs as they had curtains to close an we never got wet.

We loved all of the beach decor, the pool, and the close proximity to the beach. We enjoyed spending time in the yard, on the back porch and the balconies. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for meals and partying.
