While the condo's location gives you the flexibility to enjoy all there is to do on the Gulf Coast, you'll want to take time to relax at your condo.

Enjoy your own private balcony as you gaze at the surf and sand below. Be sure to watch for dolphins frolicking in the Gulf. Or, let the kids blow off some steam at the outdoor pool as you lounge around and read that book you've been trying to get to for the past several months.

Want to build the coolest sandcastle around? Call our friends at Sandcastle University for a sandcastle-building lesson. They'll come to beachfront at Island Shores and bring all the tools and buckets you'll need. All you have to do is supply the creativity and the hands to construct your masterpiece!

The location and view from the balcony were wonderful. Plenty choices of eating restaurants.

The elevator was out for 3 days of our stay and there was no air in it. Having to climb 47 steps was alot carrying your baggage.

The location and views were amazing unfortunately the pictures didn’t accurately depict the state of the condo. It was not cleaned well, had dust bunnies on the walls, floors had sand when we walked in and the front bedroom ceiling looked like someone had been blasting the plaster off. The lock on the front door was difficult to lock because the door jam was hollow (pictures attached). Bathroom fans didn’t work. The unit has definitely seen better days but given all that we made the best and had a nice first visit to the Shores. Btw the beds were the absolute cheapest I’ve ever slept in, every time you moved it was heard in the next room lol. The pool was great, loved the security guard. Again, great view but not a resign for this unit. Your interface was very nice as well! No issues as this was a first time we’ve booked with VRBO. Thanks

The space was in a great location within walking distance of a lot of popular spots, right on thr beach. The property is older, and could use some upgrades. The guest bathroom sink stayed clogged, and the only overhead light is in the kitchen, otherwise, you had to turn on 10 lamps to light the unit. The master bed was very squeaky and there was paint peeling from the master ceiling. Overall an ok place to stay but overpriced due to how old the building is and the lack of overall needed upgrades. The front door is very hard to open, and is missing the door prop. Also, the way the front door and kitchen counters are laid out, made it difficult to bring items in/out. Also, the door code is 10 digits long and made it hard to remember.

Perfect location and right on the beach. It was not very clean. It could really use a paint job, beds are very hard, and new furniture. Had some issues with getting in earlier than 4:00 but made the best of it. Thank you to Ketisha (a young hard worker at the shore island ) keep singing and thank you for all your help!
