4 adults, 12 and 9 year old had an enjoyable trip. The condo is decorated nicely and provides enough room for 8, if you include the fold out couch. The twin bedroom needs some work. The ceiling fan only works on one speed and it was, by far, the warmest room in the house. The mattresses need to be replaced quickly. For anyone staying 3-4 nights it may not be an issue, but when you stay for 10 nights it became an issue. Multiple fire alarms went off, in the condo, during our trip. After several texts with representatives no one showed up to check them out so we unplugged two of them, per the direction of condo staff. The morning and evening views from the balcony are amazing with ample room for coffee, books, and overall relaxation. I was aware of the parking risks prior to booking but did not consider paying $50 per stay to park across the 4 lane highway. Overall we had an enjoyable trip with many memories made. This condo has room for improvement and isn’t far away from a 5 star review.
