Our family had a wonderful time staying in this beach house. We had lots of room and the porch and swing were our favorites. There were lots of stairs outside and inside. The elevator was very helpful getting luggage in and out. The beach was beautiful and very private this time of year. It’s an older but beautiful home that could use a little sprucing up but very comfortable. The boardwalk to the beach was anwesome and made it easy to go back and forth with young children. Water was beautiful most of the week. The few things that needed repairs were taken care of immediately. Overall, it was a great place for a large family to stay. We made some sweet memories!

Location, private beach, pool close by, very lovely home with space for families to spread out. The huge porch and swing with incredible ocean views was fabulous! Having an elevator was also a huge plus, especially for the 3rd floor room and getting luggage up and down! The best home we have ever rented!

Silver Sands was a great property. We loved the garage so our vehicles wouldn't get all sandy and dirty from the beach breeze. We had 11 people. Each group of people had their own room and bathroom. That is a godsend. The kitchen is nice and big to cook in. 2 dishwashers came in very handy. The top oven cooks way to hot. Burnt a lot of food. The covered porch was awesome. Kept us out of the sun so we could still enjoy the outside without being roasted. The porch swing is so comfy. The boardwalk is also a nice touch. Was so nice having your feet cleaned before you walked into the house. GREAT VIEWS from each floor.
