Good, not great.

Great location and access to the beach!

A lot of the condo fixtures were missing and countertop edge had be broken off and just placed in the cabinet not replaced. This was a hazard to my grandchildren. No bed spread on master just sheet set so had to get one from off an unused bed upstairs. Not enough cooking supplies provided. Other than this, beds were very comfortable and will come back but not to this unit.

It was ok I can that and I wouldn’t stay there anymore hard to get in the place and 40 dollars parking fee for customers

It was comfortable sleeping but needs updates on the building inside and out .

Parking fee ,Cleaning could be better ,update building the property,needs better communication with staff

Picked this place for location with direct beach access & pool and both were as described. It was clean, comfortable and initial look around seemed good. I’m not a picky traveler and don’t feel frustrated at the places I’ve chosen in the past BUT we did kill 3 small roaches in the kitchen living room areas during our stay.
-the unit lacked the basic salt/pepper, only one roll of paper towels no dish towels, 1 add’l kitchen trash bag, 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods and had to paid $7 total to wash/dry ONE (1) load.
-We had 2 adults and 3 elementary kids and rented 4nights at the beach. Upon checkin we noted 4 rolls of toilet paper a small 2oz of shampoo/conditioner, no beach towels and limited bath linens.
. Not adequately stocked with blow dryer, disinfectant cleaning wipes-I understood the parking fee to be per unit but were charged $40 per car when we had friends visit us; who were issued a violation notice and had to pay to park in our unit’s 2-car tandem parking spot BEWARE

It’s close to the beach

That you have to pay to park and everything is outdated in the condo
