The property is older, but very well kept and clean. Maintenance was checking railings while we were there, so seemingly safe too. On our initial entry, there was an overwhelming smell of pinesol and we had to air out the unit but it was clean. The condo was as described and comfortable. Beach access was easy and surrounding restaurants and shopping made for a stress free trip. Our only actual complaint was one of the mattresses is worn and in need of replacing. The bed was hard to sleep on. The sleeper sofa was nice. We would visit again.

Wonderful location. Prices were really amazing compared to the condos on the Gulf Beach. Just a very small walk. Very clean,cozy. Would stay again. Fridge was cold. Shower was perfect
