Very much comparable to the price paid. The space is dated but the retro decor went right in line with the beach vacation. Convenient location, direct access to the beach and wasn’t crowded. Mgmt company was very responsive.

Pros about this rental: Location, Location , Location was great and property was as described. Furniture is old and a bit stained so be sure to take pictures and report the day you arrive to avoid claims of damage. Otherwise property meet our expectations 100% just steps from the water. Cons: Booking and getting access to the property was extremely frustrating. The property management company failed to bill our account timely, and after several emails with the host management company this was resolved only after I was able to speak with the agent via phone on the day we arrived. This is unacceptable when you have people driving long distance not knowing if your booking is 100 percent secured. When we called, we found out they had not charged our account in full and requested approval to process our card which was on file for the balance. Once provided access codes were provided. My question was if they had the card on file WHY Didn't they charge it when the issues was identified. In the end it was resolved and we had a great vacation.

Good for the price and location was good. Loved the gazebo at the end of the property to sit in and

Somewhat outdated. Clean and some items did not work. Exhaust fan in bathroom and microwave light did not work.
