Nice house. Needs work done. Numerous soft spots in floor throughout the house. Front upper deck needs attention-painting/staining/sanding, a couple broken railings, bbq pit is near past its useful life. It’s a charcoal grill, bent and rusted. May want to say it’s charcoal in the listing, was hoping for it to have been a nice large gas grill being it’s downstairs next to the awesome bar and seating areas. May consider putting a refrigerator down in the bar, not convenient having to continually go upstairs to get a drink everytime, when your group is downstairs hanging at the bar and grilling.

We had a great time but not long enough haha! I could stay forever at the beach!

I loved how the deck had a gate so the dogs could sit out on it with me without worrying about keeping them on a leash on the deck.

A fenced in yard would always be better but we knew going into the booking that it did not have one. So not a big deal.

House was right near the beach which was great. Our teenage children were able to walk to the beach. It was also near restaurants and a convenient store which was a highlight. We were however unable to use the laundry room which was kind of frustrating. There were also no extra trash bags which was something we weren’t used to. The house was great four our family of seven.

Great host and location. Felt safe and comfortable. There was plenty of room for us and our children to stay comfortably. Loved the outdoor space below including the access to the laundry machines. Property was slightly different than photos, thinking the photos could be a little old. Overall, it was a good stay for us but maybe a little expensive compared to other places we’ve stayed for the size.
