This unit wasn’t the best I’ve stayed in, but also not the worst. Good location for what my family wanted to do. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Parking is not included with the rental so that’s an additional cost. We had all we needed to use the kitchen. Couch wasn’t the most comfortable, and the windows were pretty thin so you could hear the traffic from the street. If people walked by and were talking with any elevated voice, you’d hear that too. Blankets on the beds were thin and we didn’t bring any to help alleviate that situation. There were no additional blankets provided in the unit either. Overall, it was a decent experience.

This property was good enough for what we needed it for. The floors were a little slick when we arrived and there was some staining on the wall, but it didn’t affect our stay. The parking is a little tricky to get out when the strip is busy, but we loved that the parking spot was under the cover of the building. It kept the car cooler when it was almost 100° out. We couldn’t tell if they were in the process of putting in another pool or if they were repairing one, but both were in the sun and seemed to have a decent number of chairs available. We used public beach access near the Hangout and Shell Point, so it wasn’t too inconvenient not having direct access. Overall, the property served the purpose of somewhere to sleep. And bonus that we could see the beach from the balcony.

Was the perfect place to spend the daughter’s spring break week. We enjoyed the pool, loved seeing the beach from the balcony, and close to everything but not much traffic
