We got this rental for the Sand in My Boots festival. Great location. The condo was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Only downside is the walk to the beach was a little long so if you have a lot to bring with you then take a wagon.

Awesome place very clean , great stay very quiet awesome ! The pool is on the smaller side but not too many people were there . Beach right across the road and a bunch of stores close by would stay here again !

We absolutely loved the location of the condo. Across the road from the beach and the pool shower made it perfect to not drag all the sand back inside. We had a great weekend stay.

It was a large condo, beautiful very homey feeling. Right across from the beach and within walking distance to many stores. Would stay again.
Parking area was nice. Seen security out many times. Bethany with HOA was very pleasant and informative
