The building is right on the beach. The balcony of the condo overlooks the pool and the beach. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there is plenty of hot water. Vacasa responded quickly to any issue we had. Upon arrival, there were no towels in the unit, so we did purchase some. Later, we found out there were supposed to be towels- so if you have this issue message vacasa and they will bring some. The refrigerator wasn't cooling well at first, and vacasa immediately brought a large cooler with ice. (Apparently the issue was that the refrigerator was held open too long for cleaning and in a few hours it was fine and stayed cool the rest of our visit.) The pool area is shaded most of the day, so the water is very cold. Just as a heads up, this unit does not supply beach chairs for guests to use. Thankfully, I thought to ask before we arrived and purchased my own.
