We loved our stay here! The place was just what we needed for our family. The views were amazing! Avari was very responsive! The only thing I would say that wasn’t convenient is the policy for two car passes as we had a four bedroom and we’re coming from different directions in different cars so that was inconvenient. Luckily we had family staying somewhere else that had available space for our third vehicle. There was plenty of space available in the parking lot. Maybe that could be something you could think about being more flexible with in the future for large parties. I know we would come back every year if this happened! Thanks!

We had a great stay at the condo! 16th floor right on the beach. 3 condos per floor. Elevators were effective and didn't have to wait long. The place is great! 4 bedrooms, 4 baths. We had 7 of us and had plenty of space and had a great time. The management company was responsive with questions and even helped quickly with a minor TV problem. Great to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean/beach. We would stay again!

I stayed here from Thursday, March 12- March 14 and had a great experience. The condo was very nice, big, and spacious, which made the stay really comfortable and enjoyable. It had plenty of kitchen items, so it was easy to cook meals during our stay. I also loved that they had baby items like a high chair and bassinet available, which was very convenient. The beach being right at the condo was a huge plus, and the gated property made us feel safe. I wish we could’ve stayed another night! Overall, a really great place to stay!
