Welcome to Sugar Beach #108, a marvelous studio located on the sugary white beaches in Orange Beach, Alabama! Located on the first floor, this family-friendly getaway has been beautifully updated with a tiled walk-in shower, granite countertops, and tasteful beach decor throughout. Enjoy cooking a fresh meal in the fully-equipped kitchen with all of the utensils you need to make meal prep a breeze! You will also have access to the shared amenities at Sugar Beach Condominiums such as the three outdoor pools, kiddie pool, Snack Shack, tennis court, and beach access!

What's nearby:
This complex is located on the gulf side of the highway with a boardwalk for easy beach access. When you aren't cooling off in the outdoor pool, take a day to explore the Alabama Gulf State Park, only half of a mile away, with various trails, fishing, kayak rentals, and bicycle paths! You are also just a short drive to many delicious dining options, local shopping, and fun activities! Downtown Gulf Shores is located only four miles away for endless dining options! Waterville USA/Escape House is less than four and a half miles west for some family-friendly entertainment.

This was my first time going to the beach and security by the door were all really nice and helpful. The guy that was there on 7/31-8/4 night shift was very helpful and nice.

Small and good for couples for sure. Easy walk to the beach and property isn’t horrible. Only issue I have is the refrigerator had an issue. It definitely dated and has rust on the front of it. So it leaked and essentially it broke while we were there. No big issue when we called they sent someone out, who opened it and confirmed what I had told them.
The guy was nice and said they would send someone else out. Not sure if someone else came out while we were at the beach or not, there was no further communication. The problem was never resolved which left the refrigerator unusable so if we would’ve stayed any longer we would’ve ran into food issues.
Easy to take the stairs down and is convenient if you want to skip the elevator line.

We enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach! The condo was nice and clean and had great pool and beach access.

The room could've been cleaned better, our feet were black on the bottom from the floors, there were stains by the fridge and spills.
