You will be registered by the management company (before your arrival) into the HOA's parking system (VRPS). You will then receive an email to pay for your parking pass and put it on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and we do not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant.

We absolutely LOVED it! Our group consisted of 5 adults & 4 kids & we had plenty of space to spread out & enjoy! The balcony views were absolutely stunning & plenty of seating to accommodate all of us. The condo was beautifully decorated & very clean! Everything we needed for cooking they had! We loved being on the second floor! Steps to the beach, pools & hot tub! The coffee shop in Phoenix 1 had some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. We can’t wait to go back next summer!!
