The key pad did not work upon arrival. The receptionist gave us their key. They were not the management company. Vacasa was. I will never book anything with them again. Their customer service was in another country . No help. The key pad had apparently not been working for some time. Holiday Isle told us on our way out a new keypad arrived that day. If it had not been for the Holiday isle staff we would not have been able to get in. The comforter on both beds were stained & dirty. The sheets had urine stains. We had to wash sheets mattress had blood & stains.
NEVER again WILL BOOK WITH VACAsa
