Overview

The beauty of Dauphin Island awaits right outside your doorstep! Nicknamed Bella By The Sea, this home is at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers the ultimate relaxation for you and your loved ones. Kick back with a good book in the Adirondack chairs on the covered balcony. Sizzle recipes on the gas grill, then dine alfresco at the six-person table. Take a leisurely soak in the hot tub, or stretch out on the hammock. Inside the home, you'll find an open floor plan that makes it easy for your whole group to socialize. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, the spacious kitchen offers ample room to prepare home-cooked meals. There's even an ice machine for added convenience. Gather at the dining table for six when it's time to eat. The smart TVs provide entertainment and the beach-inspired decor adds charm throughout.

While you’re there

Check out some of our favorite parts of Dauphin Island. Sourced from our local teams who live there.

Lighthouse Bakery

Melt-in-your-mouth cinnamon rolls, homemade fruit turnovers, massive Sunday omelets, and freshly roasted lattes. The kind of from-scratch, made-with-love morning spot that turns breakfast into the highlight of your day.

BGH Cafe

Your go-to takeout spot near the Ferry Boat Landing—Paninis, Po-Boys, and Wraps alongside old-school soft serve, malts, and specialty espresso drinks.

Dockside Seafood

From boat to plate, this Dauphin Island gem delivers the freshest, most responsibly sourced Gulf Coast seafood around—where family ownership, local fishermen, and a passion for quality come together.

Pirate’s Bar & Grill

Voted the best food on Dauphin Island—scratch-made everything, fresh Gulf seafood, legendary Wing Wednesdays, and the original Dauphin Island Bushwacker, all in one unforgettable island dining experience.

Dority’s Bar & Grill

Great food, cold drinks, live music, and genuine Southern hospitality in the most inviting outdoor setting on the island. Less like dining out, more like a party at your favorite neighbor's house.

Miguel’s Beach’n Baja

West Coast vibes meet Gulf Coast soul—everything made fresh, the tacos are legendary, and the homemade salsa alone is worth the trip.

Reel Deal BBQ & Seafood

Finger-licking barbecue, crispy fried seafood, and cold milkshakes on a shady covered deck. The kind of casual Dauphin Island gem that makes every meal feel like a perfect summer day.

The Carriage: Wine & Market

Curated fine wines, craft beers, artisanal cheeses, and chef-inspired seasonal dishes in a warm, welcoming space where every visit feels like a celebration.

Dauphin Island Pier

A one-of-a-kind coastal landmark with a fascinating history dating back to the 1600s—now a free, scenic destination with stunning Gulf views, easy beach access, and the perfect setting for a picnic and a stroll.

Bright, peaceful beach house just steps from a private neighborhood beach, with a screened porch, shared pool and thoughtfully stocked amenities—kitchen supplies, beach toys, wagon and adjustable bikes—ideal for families. Guests praise the quiet location, handy distance to shopping and friendly hosts who’ve thought of everything; a few noted housekeeping or hot-tub maintenance that needed attention despite responsive property management.

We enjoyed getting away for a week with our family and the dog getting to join us made it perfect!

This was our second time staying here and we love it! The house is comfortable, comes with everything we needed, ice machine is awesome, hot tub was great, lots of beach gear to use and bikes too!

Avari response:

Thank you, Charles, for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that you and your family had such a wonderful week together, especially with your dog joining in on the fun. It’s great to know that you found the house comfortable and well-equipped for your needs.

We take pride in providing those little touches, like the ice machine and hot tub, to enhance your stay. It’s also fantastic to hear that you enjoyed the beach gear and bikes—we want our guests to feel right at home while exploring the beautiful surroundings.

We truly appreciate your loyalty and can’t wait to welcome you back for another memorable getaway.

Absolutely loved this home during our stay. The fee to book it was a surprise and the hot tub was not very clean (dirt and lots of sand in it) so we cleaned it out ourselves. Other than that we would definitely recommend to stay here. Perfectly equipped home for a vacation and perfect distance to the beach. We used Walmart in Mobile to go grocery shopping.
