This house was perfect for our large family! The little beach area in front of the dock was so much fun for our littles, and our teens loved fishing from the dock!

The house is beautiful, open with large rooms & big windows, with great outside spaces to gather, and amazing views of the bay! It is one of the best homes to stay in on this island!

I could not give it 5 stars, though: 1) The house had big roaches. That was not fun when one got into my young daughter's bag in her bedroom! We even found one on a kids plate in the kitchen we had walked away from for just a few minutes. 2) It is not well stocked. We were given 2 trash bags for the 4 day stay, and many supplies we are used to being provided were not. 3) The pier is dangerous. It has boards bending with missing supports under. Someone could easily fall through, and there are exposed electrical wires within reach along it. 4) The house had multiple blown lights and dirty air filters. 5) Avari is new to this property (still has previous company signs up!) and slow responding in the weeks before our stay. I hope they can address these issues as the house has lots of potential!
