Nestled at the end of a quiet road, this 3,750-square-foot retreat is surrounded by golden maples, whispering aspens, and towering Jeffrey pines. Landscaped gardens greet you on arrival, and there’s ample parking, including a two-car garage with an Electric Vehicle charger. There’s even a kennel for your four-legged family member. Inside, the home welcomes you with lofty ceilings, huge windows with forest views, and central air conditioning on the top floor. After a day of skiing, beachcombing, or hiking, come home to unwind in the private hot tub while listening to the gentle sounds of nearby Griff Creek. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, double ovens, a gas range, and everything you need to prepare family-style meals. Dine together at the large table, then head to the cozy great room for movie night or to the billiard room for a friendly game of pool. The home offers five bedrooms across two levels: The primary suite is located on the main floor and features a private en suite bath with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms downstairs each have private en suite bathrooms—ideal for multiple families or couples. The remaining two bedrooms provide plenty of space and comfort for additional guests. House is great for large groups, cleanliness was subpar.

The location of this house is a 10. There’s just a few things that need to be tweaked to make this house. Perfect, that would include ensuring a clean Jacuzzi and a fireplace that works, and replacing the pots and pans as they were dirty and unable to be cleaned.

This is a very nice large home in a wonderful neighborhood. It has plenty of room and is well equipped. The beds are super comfortable. We highly recommend staying here.

The house was sparkling clean, in great condition, everything was wonderful. The spa worked great, the fireplace was excellent in the cold weather, and there was more than enough room for everyone. Wonderful house I hope to come back sometime!
