Resort is great,.Unit is only ok.

front desk staff tried their best to check us in but the third party management company had us do a pre checkin online and the resort didn't have that info available. After several phone calls and 30 minutes waiting they got it straightened out.

listing should have informed us of extra fees for parking, etc.
Unit owner should have taken care of past review complaints and repaired broken, dated furniture. Other previous reviews are pretty much spot on concerning the unit itself.

Excited for the getaway. But decided to getaway as soon as I could the next morning…

The pool and grounds were impeccable

Because of low occupancy, many amenities at resort are closed. Room was very outdated. And room is not serviced and cleaned by the hotel staff, which check you in, but by a third party. It’s just odd for a 4 star resort property. The way it was explained by hotel staff was very off putting and the entire check in process left a bad taste in my mouth from the start.

Pros
- The property was excellent and exceeded expectations.
- The resort offered a wide range of amenities and was overall very enjoyable.
- The environment was peaceful, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful.
Cons
- The host was slow to communicate.
- The entry instructions were unclear — the lock‑code field was blank, and I had to go to reception to get a key card.
- The 4 PM check‑in and 10 AM check‑out felt unreasonable; a 2 PM check‑in and 11 AM check‑out would be more appropriate. 2 PM check‑in request was denied
- The resort doesn’t handle room issues directly; everything goes through the host, which can be slow, especially with spotty cell reception.
- The TV doesn’t auto‑connect to the internet, which may be challenging for less tech‑savvy guests.

We loved how nice, and clean the room was! It was perfect for our annual snowboard trip! We also enjoyed the hot tub after riding all day! I appreciate you letting us stay, and hope to return next season! Thank you very much!

This is our 3rd year coming here. Room layouts are all basically the same. Out of the 3 rooms on this resort I have stayed in this was the most in need of repairs and the most dated. Crooked drawers, wobbly dining room chair, loose knobs. Not sure if the bed was a king bed but it felt like a queen size. We have been coming for Thanksgiving and the last 2 years they put on a great event, fireworks, ice skating shows, Santa....they made it really magical but this year all that was cancelled. We were really disappointed. If we had known that all that was cancelled we would not have spent $717 for 2 nights. The room was clean but dated, probably wont be returning since all the fun events were cancelled but it's just a reminder for me to check the events not just assume before booking. The resort had a game room for kids and we went with my nephew, they had a corn hole game with broken legs and staples sticking out that could really cause harm, they had a ping pong table with 1 broken ping pong ball, it was pretty ghetto. The gingerbread house and train are pretty cool. So in conclusion I might return but only if the room was $100-$150 a night.
