We encountered quite a few issues:
1. On arrival the entrance door had live electric wires to prevent bears entering (called bear busters) - we were NOT told about this in our check in instructions or how to turn these off. The messages go to a service center who never provided an answer
2. Listing states house has outdoor furniture and play area for kids in the backyard - this is wrong. There was no play area or any outdoor furniture
3. No beach access to the HOA beach even though it is in the listing

The messages we sent got directed to a service center who did not answer any of the questions despite repeated follow ups. Only after being connected to the property manager half way through our stay were our queries addressed

Cozy, modern, ample amenities, comfortable beds, heated bathroom floor was fabulous, and the kids loved the upstairs loft/game room! Would definitely stay again.

We loved the style of the house, super comfortable beds and the kids had a great time in the game room. Walked down to dinner and found some beautiful creekside trails nearby. If you’re planning to cook there, bring your own salt, pepper and spices. Great set up for a movie night also. Enjoy!

The cabin has been beautifully updated in every room and has a wonderful floor plan. The arcade games in the loft area were a huge bonus for our family. The back of the property abuts the William Kent campground, so you have views of the forest and no house behind you. The front of the cabin also overlooks a small field/open area, so you have nice views from the front as well. All of the furniture and beds are of high quality and contemporary design. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes/pans, etc. There is also a full sized washer/dryer for longer stays. There are minor things which would help to make the cabin more enjoyable...towel racks/hooks, shelves/racks in the showers and outdoor furniture/seating. Overall though, the cabin is beautiful and is even nicer than the pictures show. We will definitely be returning again!

Overall, we enjoyed this cabin, the kids loved the arcade machines, and it was very clean and updated, we especially liked the wood flooring throughout. Location was perfect!

As far as amenities, it would have been nice to have beach towels and toys available, and a pack n play. There were no towel bars in either bathroom, and no outdoor patio furniture, a hammock, or an umbrella. Also, the listing stated there was access to an HOA beach, but there were no instructions on how and where to go to access it. I’m guessing that this is a new rental, and the owners are still working on the details. I would be happy to rent again after the kinks are worked out!
